ZM Consultancy (ZMC) Services is focused on embedded product design, development & certification. ZMC is backed by a pool of product designers having extensive experience in developing consumer multimedia, medical parameter monitoring, industrial electronics and payment electronic products.

With our exposure to various vertical markets, hands on experience on embedded product development through complete life cycle including product certification for regulatory (FCC, CE, IC and Japan PSE) and deep insights into the ecosystem place us at a unique position to accelerate embedded product development. We work very closely with Semiconductor vendors, Electronic Manufacturing Service(EMS) and Certification labs like TuV & UL.

As an example, we have designed, developed and taken to manufacturing Cellular & Satellite based Transceiver for a OEM in US that would run on their next generation Asset Management solution catering to commercial trucks & vehicles working in hazardous locations. We are part of the team for performance tuning, customization, embedded software engineering and development, testing, in-vehicle communications, and diagnostic services for remote management.

In another engagement, we developed a highly integrated payment device (similar to IoT) which can store multiple payment options into a single device. High complexity here is from integration between electronics & enclosure and make it easy to use by normal user
